Mighty Hoopla is back with its first all-star line-up announcement for 2021.
After taking a break in 2020 amid the pandemic, London’s annual pop music gathering is back and as big as ever, with Girls Aloud star Cheryl the first headlining act announced for the September 4th event.
Since departing the group, Cheryl has scored a record five No. 1 singles in the UK, including Fight For This Love, Crazy Stupid Love and Call My Name, which will no-doubt form part of her hit-filled set.
Representing the ’00s is Atomic Kitten, who’ll be dusting off classics like Whole Again and Eternal Flame, whilst Gabrielle will no doubt be rocking the shades to perform a selection of her biggest hits, from Dreams to Rise.
R&B trio and Don’t Let Go (Love) hitmakers En Vogue are another big name act expected to perform at the one-day event, along with ’90s legend Betty Boo and dance music phenomenon Sonique, who’ll also be hitting the stage.
Queer-pop icon Jimmy Somerville will also be on hand to deliver a selection of hits.

And rap genius Eve will also take to the main stage, with classics like Let Me Blow Ya Mind, Who’s That Girl and Gangsta Lovin’, for her first UK performance in eight years.
Alongside sets from The Voice UK’s chart-topping Becky Hill and talent-cannon RAYE, the first wave of Mighty Hoopla acts also includes performances from Sink The Pink, comedians, celebrations of alternative club culture from Guilty Pleasures, The Grand, The Cocoa Butter Club and more.
There’s also an array of wild and wonderful pop-ups – expect to see Naked Boys Reading, Love of Huns hosting a panel talk with Katie Price or a fully functional shop hosted by Charity Shop Sue!
Mighty Hoopla will take place in Brockwell Park on September 4th, 2021.
