The Killers have announced details of the 11 tracks from their forthcoming album ‘Pressure Machine’. 

Due August 13, the group’s seventh LP comes less than one year since their 2020 effort ‘Imploding the Mirage’.

It features 11 new tracks, including a collaboration with US singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers titled Runaway Horses. 

“11 days to go. 11 tracks on the record. Coincidence?” they tweeted.

The new album was created after the band found themselves with a period of unexpected downtime due to the pandemic.
Frontman Brandon Flowers said: “Everything came to this grinding halt. And it was the first time in a long time for me that I was faced with silence. 

“And out of that silence this record began to bloom, full of songs that would have otherwise been too quiet and drowned out by the noise of typical Killers records.”

‘Pressure Machine’ is available on CD, vinyl (including a limited slipcase variant) and cassette.
