Sugababes have rounded out 2022 with the release of a Deluxe Edition of their latest album ‘The Lost Tapes’.
Originally recorded in 2014, the trio – starring Keisha Buchanan, Mutya Buena and Siobhan Donaghy – surprise released the LP on December 24.
Now, as a thank you to fans, they’ve uploaded an expanded edition to digital platforms, featuring an additional three tracks.
“We’ve been overwhelmed by the reaction to ’The Lost Tapes’, so felt we couldn’t just leave it there… please enjoy the Deluxe Edition OUT NOW, featuring three bonus tracks,” they penned in an announcement.
“Thank you all for making 2022 such a memorable year for us. Happy New Year and here’s to an amazing 2023! x.”
‘The Lost Tapes’ is the first Sugababes album in 12 years and the first to feature the original line-up since ‘One Touch’ in 2000.
Despite little promotion and its release into the chart cycle, the album debuted at No. 2 on the UK Digital Albums chart and hit No. 12 on the Independent Albums rundown.
In 2023, Sugababes will return to the stage with a massive gig at London’s The O2 arena.
The trio will perform a huge gig on September 15, which is their biggest headline show to date.
Tickets are on general sale now.
