Shania Twain is hard at work on new music during lockdown.

The country pop sensation returned to music in 2017 with Now, and hasn’t slowed down since, with a massive tour and Las Vegas residency show.

Taking to Instagram, the Any Man Of Mine star revealed her sixth studio album is in the works, as she shared a selfie from her home studio.

“I’m being very creative during this period, normally I have to force-isolate in order to allow time in my schedule to disappear into creative writing,” she penned.

“Now that it’s part of my everyday to sit down at the mic, pick up my guitar and write music, it’s been very productive,” Shania added. “New music is coming along great!”

The Up! star has been lifting fans’ spirits during the coronavirus crisis by talking part in a number of live charity music events – and one of her beloved horses even made an appearance.
