Shakira has teamed up with Black Eyed Peas and David Guetta on the brand new single Don’t You Worry.
The single is expected to feature on the group’s ninth studio album, due later this year, and according to the band harkens back to their 2009 hit I Gotta Feeling.
“LOVE to all the talented creatives involved and to our fans for your infinite support,” they penned in an Instagram post, announcing the release.
They added: “Anyone agrees this has got ‘I Gotta Feeling’ vibe to it??”
It’s not the first time Shakira has teamed up with Black Eyed Peas; in 2020, they released Girl Like Me as a tribute to Latin women.
Speaking about her comeback, Shakira teased in 2021: “Songs will continue to come out throughout this year that will end up on an album that I think will be available next year.
“Next year I’m going to be on tour again. I am very excited.”
So far, Shakira has released seven Spanish-language albums, and four English-language records in total.
Her last major UK chart placement came in 2014 with her Rihanna collaboration Can’t Remember to Forget You, which peaked at No. 11.
