Mumford & Sons are are the latest act announced to headline London’s BST Hyde Park next summer.
The group – starring Marcus Mumford, Ted Dwane and Ben Lovett – return to the capital on Saturday, July 4 when they take to the Great Oak Stage, a decade since their last headlining set at the festival.

The Little Lion Man hitmakers will be joined by The War on Drugs, with other acts on the line-up yet to be announced.
“It was one of my favourite shows ever, actually,” said Mumford of the group’s last performance at the festival (via NME). “We’ve been gagging to do it again when the time was right, and now’s the time. Playing that place in our home town – it doesn’t get much better than that.”
They join previously-announced acts Maroon 5, will perform the night before, with country star Garth Brooks headlining on 27 June, Pitbull hitting the stage on July t0, and Lewis Capaldi playing two shows on July 11 and 12.
