Matt Goss has extended another invitation to his brother Luke to “get back on stage” for a Bros reunion.
The twins last reunited in 2017 to mark the When Will I Be Famous? hitmakers’ 30th anniversary with a run of shows and documentary, after which point further projects have been discussed, but never materialised.
Now, Matt has posted on his Instagram Stories to suggest he and his brother put their differences aside and take to the stage once more.
Alongside a photo of the pair on a video call interview together, Matt wrote: “Lets get back on stage @thelukegoss [sic].”
Recently, Matt was inspired by Oasis‘ long-awaited reunion tour to bring Bros back to the stage, with the singer telling RETROPOP back in 2023 that Bros were considering multiple new ventures.
“There’s been talk of a biopic, which would be an incredible thing to do, and we’d like to do a film based around another record,” he shared. “Not this year, because I’m doing my thing, but next year will be everything Bros: movie, tour and a new album!
“We don’t want to do anything for the sake of it; we both feel that way. We want to do it because we want to see if we can still smash pop culture.”
