Kylie Minogue shares the secrets behind the Magic in a new making-of video for her latest visual.
The hitmaker filmed the clip for the second single from her upcoming album DISCO at London’s Fabric nightclub and, in the new footage, she reveals the work that went into the making of the Sophie Muller-directed spectacle.
Beginning atop her throne in that iconic gold headdress and dress combo, the clip navigates through all of the elaborate looks in the Magic video, including her Cant Get You Out Of My Head-esque jumpsuit and the etherial wind machine moment.
Her interactive dance floor is also the subject of one segment of the video, along with her neon hoop work and green screen dance sequences, which are imposed over the final footage.
“It’s been a super fun day at Fabric in London – tiring, like all videos,” enthuses Kylie. “Incredible team, working with the regulations, and I can’t wait to see the result and I hope you love it.
“I hope you feel the magic and the spirit of the song,” she adds. “Lots of love… ALACAZAM!”
