Haim are set to team up with Fleetwood Mac legend Stevie Nicks on a new song.
The sibling trio – starring Danielle, Este and Alana Haim – teased the project during an interview with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, hailing the Stand Back hitmaker as “the greatest human being on this planet”.
Alana shared: “We can’t say much, but what we can say is that Stevie Nicks is the greatest human being on this planet.”
“And the song is really good,” Danielle added.
Rumours of a collaboration between both acts have been swirling since 2018, when Haim teamed up with Stevie for a rendition of her band’s hit, Rhiannon, during the 2018 MusiCares concert.
Stevie recently praised the Relationships hitmakers, admitting they could have been in Fleetwood Mac, while labelling their songs as “percussive masterpieces”.
She told GQ Magazine: “It starts with Danielle’s voice – it is just stunning.
“She’s the first part of the puzzle, but then the percussion that Este and Alana wrap around her turns all of their songs into percussive masterpieces.”
She added the group could “certainly all have been in Fleetwood Mac.”
