Elton John and Dua Lipa have released their new collaborative single Cold Heart.
The music icon previewed the dance track with pop star Dua earlier this week, with the tune blending together a number of his hit tracks including Sacrifice, Kiss the Bride and Rocket Man.
“I am so excited to finally be able to tell you all that I have a new single with Dua Lipa Cold Heart (PNAU Remix) coming out this Friday!” he penned.
“Dua, I adore you, and it has been an incredible experience making this together. I can’t wait for you all to hear it!”
In the comments, she replied: “I love you!!!! I’m so excited.”
Cold Heart is accompanied by an animated music video, which sees Elton and Dua turned into cartoon characters.
The I’m Still Standing hitmaker previously featured on Lipa’s ‘Studio 2054’ livestream – also starring Kylie Minogue – in November and, earlier this year, she performed at his AIDS Foundation Oscars party.
Elton has proven to be a fan of a number of current chart acts in recent times, and this year alone has released collaborations with Rina Sawayama on her track Chosen Family, along with a cover of Pet Shop Boys’ It’s a Sin with Olly Alexander.
