Coldplay and BTS explore a distant planet in the music video for their latest single My Universe.
The Dave Meyers-directed clip sees the stars perform the track in a distant galaxy where music is forbidden.
However, the change-makers boldly defy the ban, and an alien supergroup called Supernova 7 unite via hologram to play the single.
The tune is the third track and second official single to be lifted from Coldplay’s ninth album ‘Music of the Spheres’, due October 15.
It follows previous tracks Higher Power, which was debuted to astronauts on the International Space Station, and the 10-minute epic Coloratura.
BTS recently teamed with Chris on a special episode of the YouTube Originals series ‘Released’, during which they discussed their latest single Permission To Dance and their global ARMY fanbase.
‘Music of the Spheres’ is available to pre-order on CD and limited vinyl.
