Steps will share a world exclusive first play of their new single Something In Your Eyes from their forthcoming album What The Future Holds on BBC Radio 2 on Tuesday, October 27th.
The five-piece premiered the Sia-penned title track from their sixth album on The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show at the beginning of September, while announcing its parent album is slated for a November release.
They’ve since released promo single Under My Skin and, after much teasing, single No. 2 is coming this week, with Faye Tozer revealing in the group’s newsletter it’s a “massive Steps BANGER”.
Steps have already recorded the music video for the album’s second single, with Ian ‘H’ Watkins sharing its “something that we’ve never really done before”.
“We’ve just filmed the video for our second single and that’s really exciting,” he teased. “The whole setup is something that we’ve never really done before. It’s really cool and really slick. We’ve just had the first edit through and the girls look incredible, and Lee of course.”
Lisa Scott-Lee went on to describe the video as, “quite stylised, actually, the colour palettes and everything,” adding: “We’ve done every colour under the sun but we’ve found one we haven’t done before.” It will premiere on the group’s YouTube channel on October 28th.
