Hilary Duff has more new music on the way.
The ‘Wake Up’ hitmaker released ‘luck… or something‘ – her first album in 11 years – in February, along with her ‘(mine)‘ album of re-recorded hits, and is in the midst of her global ‘the lucky me tour‘ which continues into 2027.
Last month, she surprise-released the Christmas EP ‘Holiday Things‘ and in an interview with Billboard, she confirmed plans to return to the studio soon.
“I 100 per cent want to make a new album,” said Duff. “Now that I’ve cracked that part of my business back open, I don’t want it to just go away again.”
Her current world tour is set to play through November 2027, after which she’s planning to scale down future runs to residencies in key cities around the world.
“People in Iowa are like fucking stoked that you come,” she explained. “The idea behind touring for that big chunk in the summer was saying ‘hi’ to everyone that’s been waiting a long time.
“I’m not sure it’s ever going to look like that again. I think it’ll more look like what these [artists with residencies are doing.]”
