Will Young has launched his podcast ‘The Wellbeing Lab’.
The singer’s latest venture aims “to create a safe, fun, curious & understanding space, with the ultimate goal of helping you the listener!
“The Wellbeing Lab is a mental health and wellbeing podcast where I chat to a team of knowledgeable mental health & wellbeing experts as we explore and spotlight various topics which often don’t get enough airtime,” he penned in a social media post.

This spring, Will is set to release his book ‘Be Yourself and Happier: The A-Z of Wellbeing’, in which he channels his own experiences into a compact guide to help fans work on improving their own mental health.
The blurb reads: “‘Be Yourself and Happier’ sets out how to manage our everyday wellbeing, how to navigate our emotions, where they come from and how to create a balanced mindset with practical techniques everyone can use to ground themselves and set boundaries.
