Faye Tozer returns to the stage in Summer 2021 in ‘Singing in the Rain’
The Steps star has been confirmed for the line-up from July to September at Sadler’s Wells, alongside ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ star Kevin Clifton, actor Adam Cooper and actress Charlotte Gooch.
In the show, Faye will take on the role of Lina Lamont, alongside Kevin’s Cosmo Brown. Charlotte will play Kathy Seldon, while the cast also includes Cavin Cornwall as RF Simpson, Sandra Dickinson as Dora Bailey, Michael Matus as Roscoe Dexter and Imogen Brook as Zelda Zanders.
Meanwhile, Adam, who was previously announced to appear in the show, will reprise his performance as Don Lockwood, a role he played at Chichester Festival Theatre and at the Palace Theatre in 2012.

The ensemble features Briana Craig, Alistair Crosswell, Lavinia Fitzpatrick, Alex Given, Ryan Gover, Ashleigh Graham, Harriet Samuel-Gray, Molly Rees Howe, Thomas Inge, Robin Kent, Sam Lips, Joshua Lovell, George Lyons, Heather Scott Martin, Amonik Melaco, Ashleigh Morris, Peter Nash, Megan Spiers, and Ellie May Wilson.
Based on the 1952 Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer film starring Gene Kelly, ‘Singin’ in the Rain’ follows silent movie star Don Lockwood in the late 1920s, as he and his peers become caught up in the transition from silent films to “talkies”
‘Singin’ in the Rain’ features songs by Nacio Herb Brown and Arthur Freed, direction by Jonathan Church and choreography by Andrew Wright.
