Selena Gomez is reportedly set to portray Linda Ronstadt in an upcoming biopic.
According to Variety and Rolling Stone, the Good For You singer has been confirmed for the project, with director David O. Russell set to helm the project.
It comes after Selena Gomez teased the project by sharing a picture of Ronstadt’s 2013 memoir, ‘Simple Dreams’, on social media.
The untitled project is now in pre-production, with Ronstadt’s manager, John Boylan, and James Keach co-producing.
Further details have yet to be confirmed.
