Rod Stewart will play the legends slot at Glastonbury 2025.
The rocker – who recently confirmed plans to stop embarking on “large-scale world tours” – is the first act confirmed to perform at the Worthy Farm festival in Somerset, England.

He’ll take to the stage on June 29 in the slot occupied by Shania Twain last year, and acts such as Dolly Parton, Diana Ross and Kylie Minogue.
“I’m absolutely thrilled to announce that I’ll be playing @glastofest 2025!” he wrote on Instagram. “After all these years, I’m proud and ready and more than able to take the stage again to pleasure and titillate my friends at Glastonbury in June. I’ll see you there!”
Rod last performed at Glastonbury in 2002, when he headlined alongside Coldplay and Stereophonics.
