Pete Waterman is reuniting with Steps Star H for the final instalment of his We Love The ’90s BBC radio show this weekend.
The PWL mogul, who launched Steps into the limelight and worked on their first three albums – Step One, Steptacular and Buzz – will go behind the scenes on his classic hits with Mike Stock and Matt Aitken during the appearance.
“TRAGEDY!! For my last show on #bbcradiowales the King of Pop @pwlhitfactory will be joining me,” H teased on Instagram.
“I’ll also be chatting live to @brightlightx2 & @lowrihafcooke,” he added. “Tune in for the last time 4-7pm tomorrow on We Love The 90’s!”
Pete co-wrote a number of Steps’ classic hits, including Last Thing On My Mind, Better Best Forgotten, Love’s Got a Hold on My Heart, Say You’ll Be Mine, and Better the Devil You Know. He also served as producer on their first three albums.
With Stock Aitken Waterman, he also masterminded albums for Bananarama, Sonia, Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, Donna Summer, Lonnie Gordon and more.
