Pet Shop Boys are continuing their series of ‘Disco’ remix albums with the release of a fifth instalment in November.
The duo’s first release since 2024’s ‘Nonetheless’ and the first new ‘Disco’ release in almost two decades (since 2007’s ‘Disco 4’), the record features contributions from Noel Gallagher, Sleaford Mods, Paul Weller and Primal Scream.
Among the 12 songs are Pet Shop Boys’ reimaginings of Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds’ Think Of A Number, Primal Scream’s Innocent Money and Paul Weller’s Cosmic Fringes.
Also included is the pair’s remix of Sleaford Mods’ 2023 West End Girls cover, plus Soft Cell collaboration Purple Zone, along with tracks from Tina Turner, Claptone, Wolfgang Tillmans and more, and a new version of the 2019 Olly Alexander collaboration, Dreamland.
The album is released November 21 and available on black or orange vinyl and CD, and via digital streaming platforms.
