*NSYNC will release their first song in more than 20 years as part of the soundtrack to the animated movie ‘Trolls Band Together’.
Having reunited on Tuesday for the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs), Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick, it’s been confirmed that the boys have banded together on the hotly-anticipated single, Better Place.
Justin and Anna Kendrick are among the voice cast of the movie, the trailer for which features a snippet of the song, out September 29.
In the movie, it is revealed that Justin’s character, Branch. was once part of the boyband BroZone with his four brothers, who have long been estranged.
Although *NSYNC perform the song, they do not voice the boyband characters in the film; instead Troye Sivan, Eric André, Daveed Diggs and Kid Cudi take on the roles.
‘Trolls Band Together’ is out October 20 in the UK and November 17 in the US.
