Natalie Imbruglia is back in the studio working on the follow-up to her Top 10 comeback ‘Firebird’.
The Aussie star, who returned to the charts in 2021 with her long-awaited sixth album, recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of her debut LP, ‘Left Of The Middle’, featuring the hits Smoke, Big Mistake and Torn.
Following a run of live shows in honour of the milestone, she’s planning to release some of the gigs later this year, telling Good Morning Britain: “Last year was 25 years of ‘Left Of The Middle’ – my first album – and we’re going to put a live EP or album out, we haven’t decided yet.
“The shows were so great and so fun, so we’re going to do that.”
With a run of shows booked throughout the summer, Natalie’s also in the studio readying new music, including new track Habit, which she’s been playing live.
“I’m working on new music and we’ve been playing some new music at the shows,” teased the singer-songwriter.
