Mariah Carey and Oasis have both been nominated for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for a second consecutive year.
Having both been in the running last year, the Hero hitmaker and Britpop icons lead the shortlist of acts being considered for induction later this year, with the final cohort set to be announced over the summer and the ceremony expected to take place in Los Angeles in November.
