Mariah Carey is back with Type Dangerous – the lead single from her first studio album in seven years.
Last week, the diva teased the long-awaited follow-up to her 2018 LP, ‘Caution’, in a video shared to social media, before she shared the first taster of the project just days later.
The track samples legendary hip-hop duo Eric B. and Rakim’s 1986 hit Eric B. Is President.
In a press statement, the We Belong Together hitmaker shared (via Pitchfork): “I’ve been locked up in the studio for quite some time working my behind off on new music, and I’m thrilled for the unveiling of it to my fans, starting with Type Dangerous!”
