Mariah Carey has unveiled her new drinks brand Black Irish.
The company, seemingly named after her father and mother’s respective heritages, was announced on social media with an initial collection of three Irish cream beverages.
Alongside the Original blend, there’s also a White Chocolate option and a Salted Caramel variety.
The drinks are made with “premium natural ingredients” and “perfectly blend decadent Irish cream with aged Irish whiskey for a rich luxurious liqueur with aromas and flavors of freshly roasted coffee, milk chocolate, and warm spices”.
“Introducing 𝗕𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗛,” posted Mariah. “Two years in the making. Truly a cause for celebration!”
Mariah, who recently released the radio hit Somewhat Loved (There You Go Breakin’ My Heart) with Jam & Lewis, is in the midst of recording a new album and working on her 2021 Apple TV+ holiday special.
Speaking about the new music, she recently told fans during an online discussion: “Oh my gosh, you guys! I’m like obsessed with what I’m doing right now. But I can’t reveal it yet. It’s exciting!
“I’m really with this music. I haven’t made [music in this way] in years. During the pandemic, I was able to rest my voice and get it back to where it needs to be. So here we are!”
