Louise has shared her reimagined recording of Eternal’s classic hit Just a Step from Heaven.
The group released the track as the third single from their debut album ‘Always & Forever’ (1993), giving them a third consecutive UK Top 10 hit.
Ahead of the release of her 30th anniversary ‘Greatest Hits’ album, the singer has shared her new solo version of the song – one of a handful of re-recordings from the record.
The forthcoming retrospective release from Louise features selections from her decades-spanning career and four new tracks, along with a cover of Janet Jackson’s Together Again.
“This album really is a trip down memory lane! I can’t wait for you all to hear the new tracks and all the reimagined classics, especially the Eternal songs,” said the singer.
“This really is a year of celebrations and a massive thank you to you all for the continued support over the last 30 years!”
In support of the LP, she’ll play a one-off album launch show at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire on June 1.
