Gary Kemp is set to hit the stage with brother Martin to launch his new album ‘INSOLO’.
The Spandau Ballet guitarist will release his second solo LP on July 16 and, marking the occasion, the brothers are headed to London’s Rough Trade East on August 2 for a live Q&A event.
Alongside the chat, compered by Martin, Gary will also be signing copies of his new album, available across physical formats from the record store.
“Very pleased to have my brother @realmartinkemp host a conversation with me down at @roughtrade East,” tweeted Gary.

“I’ll be signing some of the new records too.”
Gary recently released Waiting for the Band from his new LP, after lead single Ahead of the Game and Too Much.
And while the tune features “elements” of his iconic ’80s group, Gary tells Retro Pop he isn’t “sitting around waiting for the band to get back together”.
“It’d be nice if we just spoke to each other,” he quipped. “Some of us still talk, some of us don’t…
“I can’t see us getting together now.”
‘INSOLO’ is available to pre-order on CD and LP. Signed CDs are also available.
