Dua Lipa has unleashed her massive Levitating remix, featuring Queen of Pop Madonna and hip-hop icon Missy Elliott.
The track, which originally featured on the star’s 2020 album Future Nostalgia and has been mixed by The Blessed Madonna, dropped Thursday. It sees the Vogue star take over the second verse, with Missy adding a rap to the bridge, while the stars share vocals on the chorus.
“I decided to take the party up a notch with the incomparable The Blessed Madonna, who secretly helped me to craft the mixtape that would become Club Future Nostalgia and the absolute queens Missy Elliott and Madonna joined me for an epic remix of Levitating,” says Dua in a press release.
With both Dua and Missy signed to Warner Records, the remix appears to be Madonna’s first release since returning to the label.
Dua’s remix album, Club Future Nostalgia, which also features Gwen Stefani and Mark Ronson, among other stars, is out August 28th.
