Dragonette is back with her latest track New Suit.
Now a solo project fronted by Martina Sorbara, the empowering, electro pop gem is described as a “power-pop pep-talk” by the vocalist.
Noting its “mash-up of retro and contemporary sounds and imagery,” she adds: “The lyrics include classic words that are intended to ping-off digital era concepts.
“But at its heart, the song is about finding your way back to your power while the world keeps shaking up your life.”
New Suit is the first taste of Dragonette’s forthcoming fifth album – her first since 2016’s ‘Royal Blues’.
Further details of the project have yet to be confirmed.
