Dolly Parton has released the lead track from her forthcoming album ‘Run, Rose, Run’.
Big Dreams and Faded Jeans is the first single from the country superstar’s new record, which is the companion to her fictional novel of the same name.
The book is co-authored with James Patterson and inspired by Dolly’s experiences within the music industry.
“So many people come to Nashville with their sack of songs,” says Dolly. “Whether they’re running from anything or not, they’re running towards a future.
“That’s what ‘Big Dreams and Faded Jeans’ is all about. I am so pleased to finally share the first song from this exciting new album with all of you!”
‘Run, Rose, Run’ is out March 4 and available to pre-order on CD and vinyl.
