Diana Ross will return to the live stage this October with the UK leg of ‘The Music Legacy’ tour.

Earlier this year, the iconic singer  announced a 12-stop North American tour, which will launch in California on June 9 and play across the US through July 2 in New York.

On the back of the release of her 25th album, ‘Thank You’, in 2021, and a world tour last year, her latest gigs will showcase iconic chart-toppers from her solo career and as the lead singer of The Supremes.

Now, the Upside Down hitmaker has announced two UK dates, taking place at London’s Royal Albert Hall on October 14 and 15.

Tickets for the UK shows go on general sale May 26 at 10am BST.

The launch of the US leg of ‘The Music Legacy’ tour coincides with the one-year anniversary of the Motown superstar’s Glastonbury Legends performance, during which she broke records by attracting the largest assembled audience at Worthy Farm.

Also broadcast on the BBC, her set similarly drew the biggest home viewership since Glastonbury began airing on the network.

Alongside cuts from her classic repertoire, the set included selections from ‘Thank You’, which RETROPOP called a “love letter to fans around the world”.
