Blur are reportedly set to hit the stage for a huge performance at the 2024 BRIT Awards.
According to sources close to the show, the band will appear alongside already-announced acts Dua Lipa and RAYE during the prize-giving ceremony.
“No one does Britpop as well as Blur, so welcoming them to the stage at the BRITs will be a homecoming of sorts and add a certain gravitas,” insiders tell The Sun’s Bizarre column.
The last time Damon Albarn and co. performed at the event was in 2012, when they picked up the award for Outstanding Contribution To Music.
This year, the band is up for three prizes: Album Of The Year, Group and Best Rock/Alternative Act.
