Belinda Carlisle is releasing the new compilation ‘Nobody Owns Me’ as part of the 2021 National Album Day celebrations.
Due October 16, the nine-track collection features tracks from the star’s classic albums ‘Heaven on Earth’, ‘Live Your Life Be Free’ and ‘Real’, along with a new recording of The Youngbloods’ 1966 track Get Together.
The new track was recorded in Los Angeles in July 2021 with producer Gabe Lopez.
Pressed on white vinyl, the release comes courtesy of Demon Music Group, which is also celebrating a number of album milestones this year to coincide with Belinda’s ‘Decades’ Tour.
The 35th anniversary expanded edition of her debut ‘Belinda’ is out now, while re-releases of Live Your Life Be Free and A Man and A Woman are due later this year.
The ‘Decades’ Tour kicks off in October 2021.
