Eurythmics star Dave Stewart has reunited with Stevie Nicks to work on new music.
The Fleetwood Mac frontwoman tapped Dave for her 2010 album In Your Dreams, and the pair later recorded 24 Karat Gold: Songs From The Vault together in 2014.
Teasing a new project, the Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This) star shared a snap of Stevie from the group’s 1979 Tusk Tour and wrote: “playing on something special today for @stevienicks.”
It’s not the first time Dave’s included the I Can’t Wait star in a post recently – he shared a clip of himself playing an acoustic guitar and added in the caption, “remote recording… sometimes simple is best,” along with the hashtag #StevieNicks.
He also posted a picture of himself and Stevie onstage on Instagram back in April, and wrote: “Sunday working on something sweet @stevienicks.”
The new track will be Stevie’s first since she featured on her Fleetwood Mac bandmate Neil Finn’s charity single, Find Your Way Back Home, earlier this year.
