Björk is returning to the US in 2022 with her immersive theatrical ‘Cornucopia’ Tour.
The music icon will hit the stage in Los Angeles with a trio of live dates for her first official theatrical concert tour.
The show features the 50-piece Icelandic Hamrahild Choir, a seven-piece flute band, a harp and several instruments specially designed for the tour.
It also features a speech by climate activist Greta Thunberg, which is shown on a video screen, while Björk’s costumes were designed by Balmain.
The ‘Cornucopia’ Tour is directed by Argentine filmmaker Lucrecia Martel, with designer Chiara Stevenson’s stage designed to resemble fungi.
Shows are scheduled for January 26, 29 and February 1 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
Tickets go on sale October 15.
