Steps have released Under My Skin as a teaser from their new album What The Future Holds
A month after dropping the title track from their upcoming record as its official lead single, the group is back with a new promo track – their first mid-tempo in years.
While Under My Skin slows things down, its still undeniably steps, harkening back to tracks like Heartbeat and Tears on the Dancefloor: Crying at the Disco cut September Sun, along with the best of Claire Richards’ solo album, My Wildest Dreams.
“Our last album Tears On The Dancefloor was up-tempo from start to end, but Steps have always been known for our mid-tempos like Heartbeat and It’s The Way You Make Me Feel so we wanted to show more diversity on our new album What The Future Holds,” shared the group.
“Under My Skin is one of the most emotional tracks we’ve ever recorded and we loved harmonising together on this track. We hope you all love it as much as we do.”
Under My Skin is being packaged as an EP with What The Future Holds, including the Single Mix, Cahill Remix and the brand new Alphalove Remix.
