Hazell Dean thrilled fans on social media by sharing a clip of herself delivering a dramatic reading of her classic 1988 single, Turn It into Love, from her third album Always.
Hazell became the second artist to release the Stock, Aitken & Waterman pop favourite after Kylie Minogue released a version on her debut album Kylie just months earlier. In a bid to lift spirits during the coronavirus lockdown, the star took to Twitter to share a few lines with fans.

In a clip shared by Chris Bryant, Labour MP for the Rhondda Valley in south Wales, the star sits in a chair by her fireplace as she reads the lyrics:
When all your other friends are gone
I’ll still be here to help you carry on
If you have faith in me
Then I’ll believe in you
You are the first thing on my mind
Do you believe I wouldn’t have the time
I have to make you see
You can share your pain with me
Just turn it into love
Turn it into love
Open up your heart and you’ll
Never feel ashamed if you
Turn it, turn it, turn it into love
