The Nolans have given their first performance with sister Denise in almost 40 years.
The group debuted in 1974 with sisters Anne, Bernie, Denise, Linda and Maureen, but were down to four members following Denise’s departure in ‘78.
Coleen stepped in as a replacement for Anne, who took a break from ‘80 – ‘82, and when she returned they remained a five-piece for one year, before Linda stepped away in ‘83.

Since then, the group has appeared in various iterations, and this week their first performance with the current line-up of Anne, Coleen, Denise, Linda and Maureen aired on their TV show ‘The Nolans Go Cruising’.
During the final instalment of the series’ final episode, the singers hit the stage for a rendition of Gloria Gaynor’s disco classic I Will Survive, which appeared on their 2009 album ‘I’m In The Mood Again’.
The six-episode run saw the girls travel around the British Isles and featured them rehearsing for their first performance together in four decades.
‘The Nolans Go Cruising’ debuted in 2020 and saw Anne, Coleen, Linda and Maureen hit the stage for a performance of their classic hit I’m In The Mood For Dancing. Denise was not present for season one.
She rejoined her sisters for their follow-up show ‘At Home with The Nolans’, which also aired on Quest Red.
