Sophie Ellis-Bextor made her US TV debut on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ on Monday (February 12) night.
The singer took to the stage to perform her 2001 hit Murder On The Dancefloor, which has made its debut on the Billboard Hot 100 thanks to its inclusion in ‘Saltburn’.
Having become a viral hit on TikTok, the song has re-peaked in the UK at No. 2 and reached No. 51 in the States.
Introduced by Fallon with a physical copy of the re-release, which includes remixes from PNAU, Jewels & Stone, and more, Sophie was backed by The Roots for her American TV debut.

Alongside her first US TV performance, the British star has also shared details of her first-ever show in New York.
Taking place on June 6 at Webster Hall, it is the only North American show on her schedule to date.
