Tiffany is back and she’s spreading the festive cheer.
The ’80s icon will release her first original Christmas song, Angels, to download and stream on December 4th, with the track written and recorded at her home studio in Nashville, Tennessee with Mark Alberici and Margie Hauser.
“The song is about hope and missing family,” says Tiffany. “In my more than 30-year career, I’ve never recorded an original Christmas song, but it just felt right. It’s raw and real and that’s what makes it special to me.”
Angels touches on subjects of loneliness and isolation – both apt amid the pandemic – with a longing for the nostalgic feeling that Christmas brings and the joys of seeing family and loved ones during the holiday season, per a press release
Tiffany’s latest musical offering comes ahead of the I Think We’re Alone Now singer dropping her 11th album, Shadows, in 2021.
