The Prodigy marked four years since the passing of Keith Flint with a tribute on social media.
The group’s frontman passed away on March 4, 2019 after taking his own life aged 49, with surviving members Liam Howlett and Maxim remembering their friend and colleague alongside a gallery of photos.
“Four years gone. We miss you so much brother,” they wrote. “Yes, in body you ain’t with us but in spirit, through our music and what me and Maxim represent onstage, you are and always will be fully fucking there. Massive.
“Your spirit living, breathing and snarling deep within the beats, bass and heart of the band, unfadable and undeniable.”
They added: “You live forever Flinty.”
Last year, the group returned to the stage for the first time and paid tribute to Flint, with Maxim saying during their set at London’s Brixton Academy: “He’s still-fucking-with us right now. He’s still here! Mr Flint fucking lives on in here!”
In 2020, they confirmed they’d returned to the studio to work on new material, however tracks from the sessions have yet to materialise.
