Tamar Braxton has returned to the spotlight with a brand new podcast.
The Love and War singer debuted Under Construction with Tamar Braxton on Wednesday with The Bounceback – an episode that “addresses the elephant in the room and gets to the heart of the matter… the power of resilience,” per a bio.
“11/11 Is finally here,” tweeted Tamar as the new show launched. “Listen and subscribe to my first episode of my new podcast #underconstruction I’m so excited to be on this forever under construction journey of life with you all….”
It comes following a difficult period for The Braxton’s singer, which saw her attempt to take her own life over the summer. Happily, she is on the road to recovery and will work through her mental health journey over the course of the series.
During the opening episode, Tamar addresses her suicide attempt, after she previously confessed she’s battled negative thoughts for a while and still experiences “not-so-good days”.

However, she vowed to look to the future in a candid Instagram post, sharing: “God thank you for saving me! You know my true heart. Despite what the world may think of me, you kept me here for a reason.
“You are a God of second chances, and this second chance I won’t take for granted,” she added. “The world can often be a dark place but I must resort to you for my light,”
