Take That have added three new shows to their forthcoming UK tour after pre-sale tickets for the initial run of dates sold out in hours. 

Released on Wednesday (September 27) morning, allocated tickets for the 29-date trek sold out within hours, prompting the band to add more dates to the tour

Now, the trio – starring Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald – will play extra shows at Leeds’ First Direct Arena (April 18), The O2, London (April 28) and Manchester’s Co-op Live (May 12) as part of the nationwide run.

Tickets go on general sale Friday (September 29) at 10am BST. The full list of dates is below.

The band’s live shows follow the release of their ninth album, ‘This Life’, on November 24, marking their first original LP since 2017’s ‘Wonderland’. 

“It’s been a wonderful experience being back in the studio together making this record. It has that feeling of spreading your wings, letting out the old and bringing in the new,” says the band of the album, featuring the lead single Windows. 

‘We’re incredibly proud of the new album – there’s a sense of togetherness, whether that’s us coming back together as a band or people wanting connection in their own lives.  We’re excited for this new chapter!”
