Take That could be brushing shoulders with Kylie Minogue as the latest act to headline Las Vegas’ Voltaire venue.
Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald have made no secret about their desire to take root in Sin City, and according to The Sun’s Bizarre column it could be happening soon.
It’s reported that Michael Gruber, who masterminded Kylie Minogue and Christina Aguilera’s residencies at the Venetian Hotel nightclub, wants the Back For Good singers to stage their own show.
“I love Take That. I absolutely want them to perform at Voltaire. It is perfect for them,” he told the paper.
“We thought we would have a show but it didn’t work out in the end.”
The Greatest Day hitmakers recently returned to the top of the UK charts with their ninth album, ‘This Life’, featuring the singles Windows and Brand New Sun.
In a review of the album, RETROPOP praised ‘This Life’ for its “understated, slow-burning numbers that highlight the trio’s musicianship”, making for “a genuinely interesting album from the boy band icons”.
