Sugababes are set to be honoured with the MOBO Impact Award at the 2024 prize-giving ceremony.

The group – starring Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Donaghy – will be recognised for their “enduring legacy and influence on a new generation of artists” at next week’s ceremony at Sheffield’s Utilita Arena on February 7.

The Overload singers – who will also perform during the show – said: “MOBO Awards, thank you for presenting us with 2024’s Impact Award! 

“To be able to look back on our two decades plus journey and be told that our music has touched so many people – even inspiring other artists – is something to be proud of. We are really looking forward to celebrating with everyone and performing at this year’s show.”

Ghetts and Cristale have also been confirmed to perform alongside Soul II Soul, DJ Spoony and Jamaican star Byron Messia.

Olympian and Sheffield native, Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill,will receive the Paving The Way Award.
