Returning to the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ stage for the first time in eight years this weekend is Steps.
The group will deliver a hit-packed medley of their most-popular classics in celebration of their original musical, ‘Here & Now’, which is on tour across the UK.
In a post on Instagram, the One For Sorrow hitmakers wrote: “It’s time to begin, now count us in! Dancing shoes at the ready…
“This Saturday, we’ll be performing a medley of some of our favourite STEPS songs from the Here & Now musical on Strictly Come Dancing!
“We will be live from the iconic Tower Ballroom in Blackpool, BBC One, 6:35pm – don’t miss it!”
Also appearing on the show – which airs live from the Blackpool Tower Ballroom on Saturday, with results following on Sunday evening – is Scottish singer Lewis Capaldi, who will appear in the weekend’s second instalment.
Seven stars remain in the competition, with six performing this weekend; ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race UK’ star La Voix has been forced to pull out of Blackpool Week after sustaining an injury in training.
