Spice Girls are preparing to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their second album ‘Spiceworld’ later this year.
The classic record arrived one year after the band’s debut LP ‘Spice’ and saw the group’s success continue with hits such as Spice Up Your Life, Too Much, Stop, and Viva Forever.
In a social media post marking the anniversary of their first hit Wannabe with a new 360 lyric video, the group looked to the future ahead of the ‘Spiceworld’ milestone this November.

“Happy birthday Wannabe,” they penned. “Last year for the 25th anniversary, we gave you a brand new lyric video and today to celebrate 26 years, you can now experience it in 360!
“Don’t worry if you don’t have any VR glasses, just drag your cursor on the screen to be a part of the fun.”
They added: “#ByeSpice25 #HiSpiceworld25.”
In a subsequent post, they shared a graphic on their official website and social media pages, featuring a reworking their 1997 globe artwork with the words “SPICEWORLD 25”.
Further details have yet to be confirmed, however the ‘Spice’ celebrations saw the five-piece release an expanded deluxe edition of the LP, featuring demos, alternate mixes, and previously-unreleased track Feed My Love, across a variety of formats.
