During the second Eurovision Semi-Final, another 16 acts took to the stage and battled it out for a spot in the Grand Final, but only 10 made it through to Saturday’s show.
Direct from the Liverpool Arena, hosts Alesha Dixon, Hannah Waddingham and Julia Sanina introduced the remaining acts to the stage to determine who will compete for the Eurovision trophy this weekend.
While 10 acts advanced, that means six were sent home after coming out at the bottom of the vote from their respective countries, plus Spain, Ukraine and the United Kingdom, as well as non-participating countries under an aggregated vote as ‘Rest of the World’.
