Scouting For Girls are back with their latest album, ‘These Are The Good Days’, due March 27.
The forthcoming LP from the She’s So Lovely hitmakers serves as the follow-up to their 2023 release, ‘The Place We Used To Meet‘, which became the group’s highest-charting record in eight years.

Alongside news of the project, the group dropped the title song from the album, which was written in the wake of frontman Roy Stride and his family’s evacuation during the California wildfires.
“I wanted to write the most uplifting song I could,” he says, sharing his desire for the track to find its place among the band’s best-loved material: “I hope this record adds to the soundtrack — it’s packed with the positivity, fun, and sunshine that people have always associated with Scouting for Girls.”
According to a press release, the album – written and produced entirely by Roy Stride, alongside founding members Greg Churchouse and Pete Ellard – is “predominantly high-energy and themed around a determination to live your best life”.
Alongside the release of the LP, Scouting For Girls will embark on a UK and Ireland headline tour – celebrating the 15th anniversary of their debut album ‘Everybody Wants To Be On TV’ – next year.
‘These Are The Good Days’ is out on ‘March 27’ and available to pre-order from Amazon, HMV, Rough Trade, Townsend and more.
