Hannah Spearritt is the latest star to be eliminated from ITV’s ‘Dancing On Ice’.
The S Club singer was sent home on Sunday’s (January 28) show, becoming the second to leave following boxer Ricky Hatton the previous week.
It came after the show scrapped the usual skate-off due to time constraints, but in a post on Instagram following her departure Hannah insisted she has no regrets.
“The experience as a whole has been absolutely amazing,” she gushed. “And obviously being partnered with you has been so incredible. You’ve been the best teacher and you’ve pushed me out of my comfort zone when you’ve needed to.
“I’m so grateful to have learned this skill that never in a million years would I have had a chance to be taught. I think skating for me is something that you do need to be taught.”
Her partner, Andy Buchanan, replied: “This is the hardest show on television and I’m just so proud of you. Every week for you, you overcame so much. You should be really proud of yourself.”
An emotional Hannah continued: “Obviously I’m disappointed but the level was so, so high and I’m just excited to see the journey that everyone else is going to go on now. It’s been such an amazing team. I’m going to miss it.”
