S Club pay tribute to late bandmate Paul Cattermole with their first single in 20 years, These Are The Days.
The group make their debut as a five-piece – starring Rachel Stevens, Jo O’Meara, Bradley McIntosh, Jon Lee and Tina Barrett – with the new track, ahead of their forthcoming tour, which launches in October.
It comes following the death of Paul at the age of 46 back in April, leading to devastation within the band and for fans worldwide, and resulting in the departure of Hannah Spearritt from the group.
It’s written by the band’s original songwriting team of Cathy Dennis, Simon Ellis, Johanne Ellis and producer John Nathaniel, and pays tribute to their former friend and bandmate.
The group has signed a global partnership with Universal Music UK for the single, which comes accompanied by a nostalgic music video and sees the band revisit the past two decades via their classic music videos and moments from their TV series’.

Following Paul’s passing, the group’s remaining members shared a statement on social media regarding the future of the band and confirmed their 25th anniversary shows would be rebranded as ‘The Good Times Tour’ after their 2001 song, on which the late star performed lead.
